• We take great care to ensure that our products are accurately measured, but even with the best efforts, there may be some slight variations.

 

Returns & Refunds

• We fully take responsibility for any manufacturing defects in our products. If you ever experience a manufacturing defect with one of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we don't offer refund, we do offer exchange on some of our products.

   

Shipping

• 5 working days for Acessories, Dining Products and Gift Boxes

• 10 working days for Lightings (Chandeliers, Table Lamps, Floor Lamps, Appliques, Flush Mounted)

• 15 working days for Tables
